Welcome to Viniberum, a wine importing company, with long experience and knowledge in wines. We select and distribute wines in Sweden to restaurants and the Swedish retail monopoly Systembolaget..

Our main focus is high quality wines from producers in a few selected regions in Austria, Italy and France. Their long tradition and skill in winemaking ensure our customers a strong collection of wines in the portfolio. It is a privilege to represent these wines made by dedicated people.

The driving force in our business is a genuine interest and passion for wines. An interest which bring us to many places and peoples around the world. My background as a geologist has been a natural bridge and connection between rocks/soil as a prerequisite for the conditions for wine plants to produce good and characteristic wines. The pleasure and stimilus in the exploration and tasting new wines has no limits.

Viniberum was founded in the autumn 2005, initially with its focus only in Austrian wines. We were early out on the Swedish market with some of these wines and have now developed a streamlined portfolio of selected wines. We have established unique contacts with our producers and our ambition is to open the eyes and interest for  wines of highest quality from these wine producing regions.
